About This Project

Ben Byler Card Services is a private parody project. Survey participation is voluntary. No recipient account or login is required.

Information You Submit

The survey requests information about card receipt, delivery, presentation, dining preferences and the fictional promotional program. Dining questions include familiarity with Chili’s and Triple Dipper selections. A recipient name is optional. No email address, mailing address, telephone number or date of birth is requested.

Do not submit payment information, passwords, Social Security numbers, bank credentials or other sensitive information. Do not include another person’s private information in the comments field.

Survey Processing

Survey information submitted through the site is processed using Netlify Forms. Submissions may be stored by Netlify and may be emailed to the site operator at survey@benbylercards.org when submission notifications are configured.

The site operator may review responses for this private project. Netlify processes requests as the hosting and form service provider. This site does not promise anonymous submission, encryption of stored responses or a specific retention period.

Hosting & Browser Information

The static site is hosted on Netlify when deployed as configured. Hosting and form processing may involve technical request information such as IP addresses and browser information. No third-party tracking scripts, analytics libraries or advertising scripts are included in the site.

The site does not set its own cookies or save survey answers in browser storage. The preliminary eligibility checker runs locally in your browser and does not send survey data. Survey responses are transmitted when you submit the survey. Email correspondence is sent when you choose to send an email. Restaurant menu links take you to Chili’s website, where its own privacy practices apply. Survey responses are not forwarded to Chili’s.

Contact survey@benbylercards.org for questions about a submission or to request removal. Provide only enough non-sensitive context to help identify the response. Email correspondence will itself be available to the site operator and the email service providers involved.
