Birthday Correspondence

BBCS birthday correspondence is scheduled according to available recipient birthday information and applicable mailing conditions. Card preparation includes occasion review, card selection and an appropriate handwritten message.

Recipients should retain the card and any associated promotional instructions until the current birthday cycle has concluded.

Holiday Greeting Services

Seasonal greeting services are offered subject to scheduling, card inventory and sender availability. Correspondence may be consolidated within the holiday fulfillment period.

Increased seasonal postal volume may affect the interval between card issuance and mailbox delivery. Receipt after the observed holiday does not automatically alter the correspondence classification.

Special Occasion Correspondence

Certain recipients may receive correspondence for weddings, anniversaries, graduations and other qualifying life events. Occasion information should be communicated sufficiently in advance to allow considered preparation.

Handwritten Message Services

Where appropriate, BBCS cards may include handwritten personalized content. Messages are prepared with regard to the sender relationship, occasion and available writing area.

Handwriting variations are a normal characteristic of personalized correspondence and do not constitute a service defect.
