Site Administration
Site Terms & Program Information
Information concerning site use and correspondence programs.
Site Use
This website provides information and a voluntary recipient survey for a private entertainment project. It does not offer products for sale, require payment or create a contractual card-service obligation.
Recipient Classification
Terms such as “recipient,” “cardholder,” “recipient standing” and “qualifying correspondence” describe fictional administrative categories used within the project. Receipt of correspondence does not establish a customer account.
Promotional Eligibility
Promotional language, preliminary eligibility, review periods and claim references are part of the fictional program. No actual drawing, reward or Chili’s-sponsored sweepstakes is represented. Submitting a survey does not create a right to payment, a gift card or replacement correspondence.
There is no purchase requirement, entry fee or payment collection. Do not provide financial information.
Survey Responses
Survey participation is optional. Submitted information is processed through Netlify Forms and may be reviewed by the site operator. See Privacy Information before submitting. Respondents should provide only non-sensitive information about their card experience.
Card-Service Information
Service standards and delivery descriptions are fictional operational guidance for the project. They are not legal conditions governing private correspondence or postal services.
Parody & Non-Affiliation Disclosure
Ben Byler Card Services is a parody website created for private entertainment. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Chili’s Grill & Bar or its parent companies. References to promotional rewards are part of the parody unless otherwise expressly stated by the site operator.
The founder portrait is a generated corporate-style illustration of Ben’s likeness based on reference photographs, rather than a documentary executive photograph. Corporate history, service statistics and founder notices, including references to legal proceedings, are fictional elements of the project.
