Recipient Information & Preferences
Corrections to occasion information or correspondence preferences may be communicated directly to the sender. For this website, there is no recipient account or online address record to update.
BBCS cannot guarantee preference changes before correspondence already entering the annual card cycle. Do not submit a mailing address through the survey.
Card Delivery Questions
Allow for ordinary postal handling when evaluating the delivery period. A delivery concern should identify the occasion, approximate receipt timing and whether the correspondence was received by mail or another method.
Replacement correspondence is evaluated case-by-case and depends on card inventory, occasion timing and administrative discretion.

Qualifying BBCS correspondence may include a printed greeting, handwritten recipient-facing content and occasional survey information. The envelope is a delivery component and should be reviewed separately from the card itself.
Promotional instructions do not change the underlying occasion classification. Before completing a survey, review the program information and privacy information.
